Psychotherapist in London (E4) & Online
I’m a trauma-focused psychotherapist and specialise in helping individuals and groups heal from relational and childhood trauma.
I support people in processing and making sense of relational, attachment, and developmental trauma – the kind of wounds that shape how we see ourselves, others, and the world.
These early experiences often leave behind painful stories, core beliefs, and patterns of survival like people-pleasing, emotional shutdown, or anxiety (to name a few).
I offer a space to explore these patterns with compassion and curiosity – to understand how they helped us to survive, but to gently make room for parts of you that may have been pushed aside, so you can move toward a more grounded, authentic way of being – not driven by trauma responses, but by your own needs, values and Self. In essence, I support you in your journey back to being ‘you’.
An integrated approach embedded in relationship
Trauma isn’t just “in your head” — it lives in the body, nervous system, and the stories we carry.
Many traditional therapy models target only one part of our experience. I work integratively, using a holistic approach that recognises how healing often unfolds across the emotional, physical, and relational.
I integrate what I consider the most effective therapeutic approaches (compassion-focused, somatics, IFS & parts work) within a talking-therapy framework embedded in relationship, existential & humanistic values and psychodynamic theory.
I find that this approach can get to the heart of most mental health challenges in a safe and helpful way.
At the very heart of the work would be the relationship we build together – one grounded in care and respect. This is a space where all parts of you are welcome, and where your thoughts, feelings, and needs can be met with curiosity and care. When the relationship feels safe and comfortable, the deeper work can naturally begin to unfold.
Within this dynamic, I sometimes enjoy incorporating playfulness and humour (when appropriate) and I may also (with your permission) challenge you when necessary.
